Q&P: Intuitively Chosen Gemstones & Handmade Bag - My package!

Hi everyone,

A while ago I received my package for the Intuitively Chosen Gemstones & Handmade Bag swap! Firstly I really enjoyed hosting this swap because it was neat letting my intuition guide me~ secondly, the package I received from my partner was amazing!

Fulgurite is an extremely powerful manifestation tool! It's formed by lightning hitting sand. 

Labradorite is one of my favourite stones and I'm glad my partner sent one to me! Not only is it great for all kinds of magick, but it can also assist in healing negative parts of our personality.

Snowflake obsidian shields from negativity and grief, and also encourages us to recognize unhealthy habits that need to be dissolved.

Black moonstone helps ease the changes of life and also connects us to the Moon Goddess.

Ammonite fossils are protective and also lend calming energy when one is feeling anxious. [Also, they look super cool!]

The extras included this ah-mazing smelling incense and a wee prayer flag!

The crystals were in this lovely handmade bag that is of superb quality.

Thanks to Fenriss for this lovely package <3 I had so much fun looking through the goodies and now everything is lovingly displayed on my windowsill. I've been having fun working with the ammonite and fulgurite.

Q&P: Intuitively Chosen Gemstones & Handmade Bag

Hi everyone!

A while ago I hosted a swap I was really excited about; Intuitively Chosen Gemstones & Handmade Bag! I love crystals & I love sewing bags, so it was a win-win for me.

I was assigned as Stacey's partner. I took a look at her profile beforehand to decide which stones would be best...but this swap is about intuition! When I got to the metaphysical store, these three lovelies jumped out at me and demanded to be sent to Australia. Clockwise from top: Serpentine, Vogesite and Crazy Lace Agate.

Serpentine helps to clear out and release the clouded/dense areas of all chakras so that healing can occur. Serpentine will help with healing on all levels (mental, emotional, and physical) and forms a unique connection to promote healing in the way that is best for each individual.
Serpentine can be used to attract/manifest what you want into your life--abundance on all levels, prosperity, love, healing, etc. It aligns your intent with the Heart Chakra and Source energy.

Vogesite is a stone to help one to find where one has been, where one is at, and where one can be in life. A stone to open the mind to explore the past, present and future, onwards to opening the body to explore the feeling of emotions, the hopes and the fears, and finally opening the spirit to grow and strengthen, to journey onwards to enlightenment and freedom.

Crazy Lace Agate is called the Laughter Stone, or "Happy Lace." It is associated with sunny Mexican fiestas and dancing, and brings joy to those who wear it. It is not a stone of protection, but of support and encouragement, elevating thoughts and promoting optimism. Its graceful design, in random lacy patterns, creates a circular flow of energy, stimulating for the mind and attitude.

The dragonflies are back so I sewed a little dragonfly charm to Stacey's bag [after I took this photo, of course] and off to Australia it went! I'm so excited for her to receive it =D

Q&P: 7 Happy Chakras

Hi everyone ♥ Today's post will be the first under the label Quills and Parchment, where I will be showing the packages I receive from my swap group.

I run a witchy swapping group on Swap-bot called Quills and Parchment. The members are some of the kindest, loveliest people I've ever met. [Membership is open so feel free to join!] The swaps I've received so far have been amazing so I figured it's time to show them off. 

Today's package was for the 7 Happy Chakras swap that Cécile hosted. This was a fun swap designed to attract positive energy and stimulate the chakras. I had so much fun putting my own package together! I sent my package to Cécile but didn't take many photos of it~ Today I received Kristina's package so I took many photos to share with you!

Such a pretty card!

For the Root chakra~

I collect feathers although I don't think I wrote that on my profile. Kristina sent me these amazing hand-painted feathers that will look lovely on my altar!

For the Sacral chakra~ something to energize and re-charge.

Incense sticks & a holder. The incense smells SO lovely although I can't quite place it!

For the Solar Plexus chakra~ a profile-based surprise. [How amazing is this little handmade bag?!]

An owl-shaped tea infuser! Eee! Seriously, I squealed when I opened this up. Owls & tea are my favourite things in the entire world. I can't wait to use this little guy!!

For the Heart chakra~ something heart-shaped.

A pretty little heart necklace! The stone is dumortierite, which happens to be one of my favourite stones to work with.

For the Throat chakra~ a package of tea.

Kristina spoiled me with a box of Garden Harvest White Tea. I received one of these little packages in a previous swap and I loved it. I'm so excited to have five new flavours to try out!

For the Third Eye chakra~ Something to use during meditation.

Okay, this is SO cool. Sabbat Flying Ointment! It smells deliciously witchy, too!

For the Crown chakra~ a beautiful crystal.

Once again, Kristina absolutely spoiled me by gifting me this gorgeous amethyst pendulum!

Something extra!

I LOVE all supernatural fiction~ so Kristina sent me a book from a series she likes. It's about elemental assassins and sounds super fab. I can't wait to start reading it.

I really can't thank Kristina enough for this lovely package. It arrived on the perfect day - today I was feeling uneasy and kept having un-triggered panic attacks. Opening this package full of goodies took my mind off everything and helped me calm down. Also, the way Kristina wrapped everything so nicely has inspired me to branch outside my usual 'tissue paper and washi tape'!
